Twenty years have passed since three important events: the battle of Hogwarts, the last sighting of the Dark Mark, and the death of the You-Know-Who. In a whole hearted attempt to bring justice to the fallen Wizarding World, the Ministry of Magic along with some brave souls, namely the Trio, hunted down and prosecuted several of the worst offending Death Eaters. They were given the most extreme punishment in the Wizarding World, the Dementor's Kiss. After a couple of these sentences were carried out, the intelligent Death Eaters who still remained went into hiding. More than a few of them had faith that Voldemort would return and it was all just a game. He did not, and it was not. They soon realized that the prisoners of the Ministry would not return, either.
To the most loyal of Voldemort's followers, the whole shennanigan was a disgrace. One of the leaders, Issac Draughtwood, felt especially passionate, and decided to act. He had compiled a list, containing the names of all Death Eaters who were, and had remained loyal to Voldemort, both during and after his infamous life. Draughtwood planned on calling all of these people back, to once again bring down the Ministry, and essentially the whole wizarding world. But who would be the new Dark Lord? Issac Draughtwood himself. He knew the tricks of the trade, and through his previous experiences he felt he would be capable of handling a full scale attack on the world at large. Time will only tell if he's got the skills that he boasts, but would you really stand in the way of Darkness Reborn?
