A Harry Potter Roleplay -- Spring 2005
In July of 1999, Harry Potter finally defeated Lord Voldemort and freed the world from him and his followers, the Death Eaters. After that, everyone resumed their lives, getting jobs and starting families, but there wasn't peace for too long.
Kienmayer von Tepes, a Hogwarts drop out who travelled back to Transylvania to hone his dark arts skills and gain allies, attacked Britain with his army of witches, wizards, vampires and werewolves. He fought to get equal rights for all vampires, werewolves and other beings who weren't strictly wizards and succeeded.
After taking over Hogsmeade and Hogwarts, Kienmayer brought his forces upon the Ministry of Magic itself. Even though he was unsuccessful in defeating all of the Aurors and employees there, his attempts and already conquested areas of Britain were not in vain. There were laws that were changed for werewolves and vampires, allowing them to work in places they weren't allowed to before and attend wizarding school without persecution.
After Kienmayer von Tepes escaped to South America, things finally settled down once more. But now, we draw our attentions to France for the legendary
t r i w i z a r d tournament !
Yes, it has been five years since the last tournament and now it is finally time for Hogwarts, Firenze Academy and Beauxbatons to try and produce a champion to take home the Triwizard Cup. Last time, the Beauxbatons champion, Valerie Dubois won the tournament. Who will win this time? Will you be the champion? [/center] [/blockquote][/blockquote]
